This two-day workshop was exactly aimed at the purpose to provide face-to-face discussion among participants from industrial, researching and governmental sectors. Three topics were set in the agenda: policy and performance of the ELV system, current status of waste vehicles material flow, and plan of the retrofit project for waste vehicles. Ten reports were arranged to cover the domestic works and foreign experiences for ELV management from different aspects in the last ten years.
